" The New Boy's "

" I'am Back ", I have been very busy the past few months, with the chicken's, there now all in there new coop, that is, the Black Copper Maran's. And look we have two new " Boy's ", and there Beautiful, well I think all of my " Goat's " are Beautiful, They both have Blue Eye's, and are mostly all white, one has like tan boots, and the other one has moon spot's that are tan, they look alot alike, but they both have different parent's.        I had to go outside of my herd for these guy's, they will be bred with my Girl's this fall.              So next Spring we should have some really pretty babies, I know the girl's really like them, well from a far for right now.        But they dont have names yet, I need some suggestion's, anyone got any ideas.

The " Black Copper Maran's

" 24 Black Copper Maran Egg's ", I bought them from a Man at  a " Chicken Seminar ".  They were the " First Egg's ", that I put in my  " incubator ", let's see, that would be the one my husband gave me for " Christmas ", after he told me ( no more chicken's please ).    I put them in on " February 3 ", and they hatched on " February 24 " , ( my girlfriend's birthday ), " 21 Day's " , exact.  Well " 16 ", of them hatched,  on the " 24 ".   I could'nt bring myself to turn it off, with " 8 Egg's ", still that have'nt hatch, so I gave them a few more day's.    It was " 2 Day's later ", I was looking in, only to see that "ONE ", of the "EGG'S, was " ROLLING ", and I could  "HEAR  SOMETHING ", a faint little chirp, then I could "SEE ", that there was a small "HOLE ", it " worked " and " worked ", and " worked ", at trying to " break free ", but after an " Hour ", and  " nothing ".

                My " SON ", got online to " BACKYARD CHICKEN'S ", ( love that website ), and typed in what can you do if  one of your " Egg's ", is having a hard time hatching.    And there it was, this is what you do, and we went to work at it, I got a " warm rag ", a pair of  dull " twister's ", and a cup of " warm water ", and a " hand towel ".

            I set the " EGG ", on the warm towel, and with a eye dropper, (  I forgot about the eye dropper ), I dropped warm water onto the "EGG ",  then I started " Peeling the Egg ", back around what was a circle on the "EGG", and sure enough, the baby chick pushed thru and out into the "WORLD ", I could'nt believe that I saved his " Life ".   For the rest of the "EGG'S ", I gave them " 4 ", more day's but nothing happened.

          So the remaining " EGG'S ", got buried, with a "service ", up on the hill in the " flower bed " .    



         And here they are, they are " just beautiful ", but it will be around " September ", before they lay " EGG'S ".

And here's " LITTLE BIDY ", number " 17 ". She's much smaller than everyone else, after all she was born  " 2 " Day's later.



" THE STORM'S "

More than 150 " Tornadoe's ", covered " 450 mile's " in over " 8 hour's ", in " Alabama ", on " April 27 ", killing " 236 People ", in " Alabama "., alone, " 40 " , of those were in the " College ", town of " Tuscaloosa ",  " 6 were college student's ".    My Family was very " BLESSED ", that we did'nt lose anything but our " power ", for " five day's ", But one of my "SISTER'S ", was not so lucky, this is her " House ", this was from the " WIND'S ", before the " The Storm's ", even started, thank " God ", that her son was not in his room, when the two pine tree's fell onto the house, it took off the dormer on that end, and went thru into his room, a branch of the tree went right into the room, leaving several hole's right up into the " Sky ".   " Everyone was O.K. ", she just kept saying that she was so thankful, that the " Tree's " fell her way, instead of the other way, if they had went the other way, they would have went right thru a " Doublewide Trailor ", and they were " Home " at the time.

" Camden "

This is my " Best Friend , my grandson, " Camden ", he's one of four.  Two year's ago he had to have tube's put in his ear's, because he kept ear infection's.   They were suppose to fall out all by themself's, as he grew.   A couple of week's ago he started having blood in his ear's.  Well a visit to the " Doctor ", the " ENT "showed  one ear they cant see  very well, because of the amount of blood down in the ear, and the other, they can see that the " Skin ", has " Grown ", over the " Tube ".    So " Yes ", you have guessed it, he will be having " SURGERY ", this coming " Wednesday ", he was only " two " , when he had them put in, he's now "  four ".   Please " EVERYONE ", out there, keep him in your " PRAYER'S ", I know it's only one day " Surgery ", but he will have to be put to " Sleep ", and that make's me " Nervous ".     ( he's holding " Dallas ", and  " Daisy ", is on the ground. )

" Cupcakes "

" Are these to cute are  What ". " Cupcake Holder's ", one's a , " Goat ", one's a " Chicken ", and one's a " Horse " , they come 50 to a pack, I found them at " Michael's ", and guess what they were only"  .99 cent's ", a pack.

And guess  what else , " Matching Napkin's, I could only find the " Chicken ".

                      And then I seen these, " Matching Notecard's, but I could'nt  find the " Horse ". Now I just need to make some " Cupcake's "  , maybe " Coconut ", with  " Coconut cream cheese icing " , piled up high, then I just need someone I could send some to with a " Note".                                                                                  

" My Girl, My Girl "

These are the first " Girl's ", that I ever got clockwise they are " Kiley ", " Kayla ", and " Katie Anne ", three sister's, they are"  Nigerian Dwarf Milking Goat's ".  And they are very close, almost always together.   The day they got moved from the area we had them, to there now barn, you would have thought we were killing somebody, we could only move one at a time, and every time we moved one, the other's would scream until they were all three together.             

" My Chicken's "

This is " Miss Olive ", she just turned a year old, well all of them did, all"  28."  " 26 ",, of them are "Hen's, "and then there's , " Cotton ", and " Pickle's " ., the two" Rooster's",  I let my grandson pick them out on " Good Friday ", of last year, we got them from our local Co-Op.  " Miss Olive ", her name came from " Dr. Quin, Medicine Woman", then there's,  " Majorie ", and " Rebecca ", they were " Dr. Quin's sister's, some of the other girl's are named after girl's in his daycare class, there's " Liza ", and " Oliva ", and " Victoria ", there all " Easter Egger's ", they had a special treat on there"  Birthday" , besides us singing " Happy Birthday ",to them they got there favorite thing " Oatmeal ", with"  apple"s,"  and "  banana's".
